About Us

Casting process is the production of castings by filling permanent metal molds under gravity pressure (Gravity Die Casting) or low pressure (Low Pressure Die Casting). High Pressure Die Casting process is the production of castings by injection of molten metal into metal molds under substantial pressure levels. Castings produced in permanent molds have finer grain structure and better strength properties than those cast from similar alloys in sand casting or die casting. While High Pressure Die Casting produce a dense, fine-grain surface structure, which results in excellent wear and fatigue properties.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit has been specially designed to provide complete in-line process capabilities for any of our customer's aluminum die casting requirements. Our manufacturing facility is spread over a vast area of 125,000 sq. ft. and is located in Chhatral, Gujarat.
